Who are we?


DOST emerged as a concrete response to the challenges our CEO, Miloud Chia, faced as an entrepreneur in the construction sector. Starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2009 as a subcontractor, he had to solve the following conundrum: how to quickly find new projects, establish a reputation based on the quality of work, and guarantee punctual payments?
His sole proprietorship evolved into an SME from subcontractor to principal contractor in 2014. However, this transition brought a new challenge: how to quickly identify a subcontractor qualified and reliable near the site and ensure transparent monitoring of its progress?
This is how DOST was born in September 2023, with the aim of creating a strong community of construction professionals. DOST is designed specifically for construction stakeholders, whether they are contractors or subcontractors.
Our web application is a global solution that aims to optimize the site allocation process, while offering significant benefits to each party from the start to the end of the site.
